their darkened, indigo brilliance,
Sifted, by a thousand deaths.
His wings, weakened by the claws of yesterday,
In a land, followed by ebony dreams.
A lioness asleep in the roots of pearl light,
songs weaving the indiga dunes beneath.
The Amber faced wolves,
weaving white distance, with the fire lit shore,.
The flap flap, of the kahu’s wings aloft,
the stretch across the dry, ocean’s cape, sweeping low.
The approach of fall’s, dawn undertone, in a wave of growth,
In a wave of telling, windows that open, and truly grow.
The animals and birds, brought to the unexpected.
Hunted. Guided. Sometimes deceived, by their trusted leaders.
Can they trust the soil beneath, Or the clouds that speak?
Regrowing their strength to reach the sea,
From the embers of the wild, and untamed dance,
A story, of fins, and wings,
And the ghosts, of amberwolves.
In the deepest need,
In the crest of a wave,
In a woven talon, of a dream.
